Withdrawal Policy

Classes must be dropped by completing the withdrawal form below and you must withdraw from class by the 15th of the month to stop the automatic payment for the following month. Non-attendance in a class is NOT considered an official notice that you want to cancel a class. Please fill out the form below to make an official withdrawal notice. No other forms of withdrawal notices will be accepted.

Account holder is responsible for all tuition payments, all account charges, and late fees incurred through the last day of the month a dancer is registered in a class regardless of attendance. If registered for recital, costume fees must be paid in full and you must pick up your costume by the end of April or the costume becomes IPAC property.
